Our offices are highly computerised with a Windows-based
network that enables internal sharing of client documents, a
contact database and time recording software. We have our Internet web site www.cbd.co.nz and staff members
have their own Internet addresses for e-mail and browsers for
worldwide web browsing. We maintain centralised files of marketing collateral and background
information on major clients and we subscribe to most New Zealand
business and information technology publications, and to the
electronic news service Newsroom. We have a Lotus Notes-based news features database that enables
us to monitor upcoming news features for clients by deadline,
by publication and by subject. We have strong links with outside suppliers that enable us to
take on and manage design and production of printed material
including stationery, company profiles, brochures, annual reports
and newsletters etc. We work closely with graphic designers,
photographers and printers. Web site development is managed at a separate facility off-site
from our main office. Once a web site has been created it will
be loaded onto the host Internet Service Provider and updates
can be made as often as clients require.

Perception is all
there is. There is no reality as such. There is only perceived
reality, the way each of us
chooses to perceive a communication, the value of a service,
the quality of a product. Feelings are facts.
