Fees are normally charged on an hourly rate, although we can estimate contract rates for particular jobs or retainers for substantial on-going work.

Disbursements, such as printing, photography and office expenses including postage, phone charges and couriers are accounted for separately.

For on-going clients, invoices are sent at the end of the month. For small one-off assignments, invoices will be sent on the completion of the assignment. Payment is required by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.
